. In case of an emergency, AISESC is available 24/7 to assist the school in handling the situation, going to the scene as necessary.
. AISESC acknowledges parents’ intention via email or WeChat and signs relevant school documents on behalf of the parents
Advise the student on choosing elective courses.
Evaluate the student’s academic performance each semester.
Host meetings with the parent and student via WeChat or other platforms at the endof each semester and provide feedback.
Provide a booklet at the end of every school year documentingthe student’s growth in both school and everyday life.
Contact the student, the parent, and the school at least once a month to keep the parent informed on the student’s performance in school.
Provide the parent with a translated version of the student’s report cards and teacher’s comments.
Provide services to prepare the student for standardized exams.
Provide college application planning and evaluation services, leading the student on a clear path (does not include college application services).
Provide planning and evaluation for summer classes.
Provide planning for the student to participate in community service while in the United States.
. Assist the parent in scheduling the student’s activities for coming into the United States. Such activities include airport and school pickup/drop-off services, hotel or homestay research, travel planning, etc. These services can also be provided for the parent.
. Provide advice on health care and other insurances, schedule doctor appointments, and assist the parent in the insurance claim process.
. Take care of the cellphone plans and bills for the student.
. Take care of mailed documents and other items for the student.
. Shop for the student upon request.
. Provide holiday and birthday greetings.
. Take care of the visa process for the student and family.
. Store student’s items.
