"In life, the factors that determine the difference between success are often intangible. Each week of the experience is designed to enable participants to acquire and develop skills and character traits that will be used throughout their lives. These skills will enable participants to lead by example, inspire personal achievement, overcome obstacles, and be a peer role model for all." --- Summer Leadership Experience Director, LTC Dennis Helsel.
